What You’ll Do Each Day

As a Community Support team member, you will be cross-trained to help wherever the community needs you most. Typical areas include meal service, kitchen help, housekeeping, and general resident assistance. Tasks shift daily—sometimes you’ll serve tables, other times laundry or activity setup.

You’ll set dining spaces, serve meals, clear dishes, and help with dishwashing. Light housekeeping in resident apartments and common areas is routine. Flexibility is vital, so expect to pitch in wherever needed to keep the environment welcoming.

Critical thinking is essential as you solve problems and prioritize your workload. Friendly communication and an energetic presence boost resident satisfaction. Organizational skills help in handling multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

The position requires applicants to be 18 years or older. Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or food service is preferred, but not required. Food handler’s permits are necessary to meet regulations.
