Delivery Driver – Repco
Enjoy a steady Sunday–Thursday schedule, hands-on customer interaction, on-the-job growth and team discounts. Manual licence required. Friendly team and future opportunities.
What to Expect Day-to-Day
This full-time role requires you to deliver automotive parts and products directly to customers’ doors when you’re out on the road. A manual driver’s licence is a must, as is a customer-first attitude. On Sundays, you’ll swap the road for the store and help out as a retail assistant. When not driving or delivering, you’ll also process sales and prepare orders for dispatch at the branch. Safe driving and lifting are part of the job, making physical fitness beneficial. The work week runs Sunday through Thursday, with staff discounts included.
The Advantages of Joining
One major advantage of this position is the friendly, supportive team environment that Repco is known for. Staff receive competitive discounts on products, as well as ongoing training and upskilling opportunities for career growth. Inclusion and recognition are central to the company’s culture, with performance rewards and incentives offered. There’s also special support for parents, including parental leave top-ups and paid volunteer leave, fostering a healthy work-life balance.
What Might Not Suit Everyone
This role requires ongoing physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, and being on your feet. If you’re seeking purely office-based work, this may not be ideal. The need for a full manual licence can be limiting for applicants who drive automatics only. Additionally, split responsibilities between the road and in-store Sunday work mean the role isn’t 100% focused on driving.
Final Thoughts: Is This the Right Move?
For those who thrive in customer service, enjoy being on the move, and value a strong, inclusive team culture, this opportunity stands out. Continuous learning, competitive benefits, and genuine pathways for development make Repco a solid option. Overall, this job is recommended for applicants eager to contribute, grow, and be recognised.
