Day-to-Day Responsibilities

During events, you’ll handle logistics like screen sharing, managing attendees, and posting essential links for participants.
After each event, you’ll trim Zoom recording files, generate attendance reports in Excel, and help with internal communication using Microsoft Teams.
Close to the convention at the end of June, you’ll provide hands-on support in real time, ensuring a smooth virtual experience for everyone involved.
