Embark Student Corp. is hiring for the Customer Success Representative position on a contract basis. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the first line of contact for customers, delivering helpful support across various channels—phone, email, and online chat. You’ll also encourage customers to use Embark’s digital self-serve options and refer new customers to sales teams where appropriate. Your role will involve handling documentation with attention to confidentiality and organization, and it calls for excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with your team, backing up colleagues when needed, and taking ownership of important projects. Schedules can change week to week, so flexibility is essential. Expect to work Monday through Friday, within standard business hours.
