Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Technician, you’ll deliver one-on-one therapy to children ages 18 months to 10 years. All activities are performed under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Daily tasks include implementing treatment plans, supporting communication and skill development, and collaborating with team members. You will also collect behavioral data and ensure the environment remains safe and clean.

The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision, plus supplemental insurance and an Employee Assistance Program, enhancing your job security and work-life balance.
Cons of the Role
Working in clinic-based roles often requires a fast pace and adaptability. The work can be emotionally demanding when supporting children with autism and developmental differences.
