Core Responsibilities in the Day-to-Day

In addition, you’ll coordinate and promote career events, help shape program strategy, refine experiential learning initiatives, and act as an intermediary between students and employers to maximize employment outcomes.
Regular stakeholder engagement—ranging from University committees to employer partners—will also be on your agenda, fostering a high level of exposure and collaboration.
You’ll oversee a caseload of casual employees, guide students in their job searches, and deliver presentations or workshops to improve employability skills. Digital literacy is mandatory for database management and presentations.
