Main Responsibilities

The Regional VP of Sales – Enterprise at Tractian is responsible for owning and leading the enterprise revenue strategy for the company’s most significant clients.

Daily, you’ll oversee sales directors, driving strategy, forecasting, execution, and growth across complex, high-value accounts. Leadership and vision matter here.

Reporting to the CRO, the role requires collaborating closely with executive leadership, product, and customer success teams to align sales and drive adoption.

You’ll manage multi-regional sales teams, set go-to-market strategies, and refine selling processes for better results and stable growth across long-cycle deals.

Success in this position is measured by your ability to improve pipeline, forecast accuracy, win rates, and effective executive-level management.
