What to Expect on a Typical Day

As a Client Manager in the RMG UHNW flagship select team, you will lead high-performing relationship managers focused on ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Your day includes hiring, developing, and motivating professionals who deliver personalized, premium service to clients with substantial assets.

You will oversee client accounts, guide and coach relationship managers on client recovery, retention, and development strategies. The role requires monitoring goals, reviewing performance, and supporting team members as they solve client concerns and provide proactive advice.
