EchoStar is looking for an Executive Recruiter for a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary ranging from $72,350 to $119,000 per year. What You Will Do Daily
In this role, the Executive Recruiter will manage the entire recruiting process for key leadership positions across EchoStar’s businesses. Daily work involves creating search strategies, sourcing executive talent, partnering with leadership to define position needs, and driving hiring from start to finish. You’ll guide candidates and business leaders throughout interviews, negotiate complex offers, and advise on market compensation.
