Daily Responsibilities and Job Details

As Manager, Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual SEC filings, handling detailed financial disclosures, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC guidelines. Day-to-day, the role involves collaborating across departments, improving financial reporting processes, and serving as a key contact for audit partners. You will need to perform detailed tie-outs, asset impairment analyses, and contribute financial presentations for senior leadership meetings. Experience with Workiva, Oracle, and XBRL is beneficial, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a CPA designation is required.
