Role Overview & Core Responsibilities
Day-to-day, you will lead fundraising efforts and manage donor relationships, focusing on major gifts and planned giving. You will further support and mentor members of your team, especially in legacy and planned giving. Strategic planning, goal setting, and regular collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are at the heart of this position.
The job also involves strategizing on donor engagement, preparing proposals and reports, reviewing donor portfolios, and leading a professional advisors committee.
