Daily Responsibilities
On the job, you will be selecting insulation types and measuring materials. Expect frequent use of both hand and power tools to customize insulation pieces.
Duties also include securing insulation by spraying, blowing, pasting, and fixing materials with various application methods. Fitting insulation around obstructions and between supports is common.
Your tasks extend to installing vapour barriers, fire-retardant materials, and occasionally fabricating insulation pads and covers. Some light assembly and dismantling of scaffolding and rigging may be required.
