Summary of Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As the Clinical Trainer, you’ll oversee coaching new Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring they achieve key milestones in their initial training.
Collaboration with BCBAs will be central to your day, helping teams meet progress goals and supporting quality ABA therapy for children with autism or developmental delays.
You’ll also track completed training milestones, lead team meetings, and provide regular feedback to colleagues and leadership.
Documentation and upholding compliance with BACB and company procedures are also key elements of your role.
Most of your work happens in person at state-of-the-art therapy clinics, supporting consistency and teamwork.
