General Dentist Solo Practice
Lead a modern practice, step into a full patient base, and enjoy clinical autonomy. Receive robust support, benefits, and advanced digital equipment.
About the Job Opportunity
This General Dentist Solo Practice with Star Dental Partners provides a full-time position in a well-equipped, patient-centered environment. The role offers a competitive compensation package with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
With immediate access to a robust patient base—about 1,500 active patients—this is not a role where you have to struggle to fill your schedule. You gain immediate production potential from your first day, making this a prime opportunity for clinicians eager to grow quickly.
Star Dental Partners supports their affiliated dentists by handling the business and operational side, letting you focus completely on patient care and clinical excellence. This job is full-time, 4 days a week, with an optional fifth day, allowing for a real work-life balance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll regularly diagnose and treat a variety of oral health issues, using advanced technology such as digital x-rays, CAD/CAM CEREC, and intraoral cameras. Clinical duties range from general dentistry to cosmetic and implant procedures.
The role comes with leadership expectations: you will guide your team, nurture patient relationships, and ensure smooth operations. Star Dental covers administrative burdens, giving you more time for clinical focus.
Patient education and preventive care are core components of your daily routine. You will work with a talented team to deliver exceptional, comprehensive dental services while maintaining compliance with all safety and record-keeping standards.
Pros of This Role
A strong advantage here is clinical autonomy: you run your practice as you see fit, backed by a respected organization. The patient base is already established, so new dentists won’t face the typical challenges of building from the ground up.
The work environment features the latest technology and a skilled support staff, positioning you to deliver best-in-class care every day. Compensation is competitive, and paid CE supports your ongoing growth.
Cons of This Role
This opportunity is not suitable for early-career dentists, as a minimum of three years’ experience is required. Candidates needing visa sponsorship cannot be considered, per company policy.
Additionally, the position is office-based, so it does not offer remote work or telecommuting options—important to note for those seeking flexible arrangements.
Verdict
If you have the required experience and are eager for immediate impact without hassles of business management, this Star Dental Partners position is a standout. With robust support, an established patient pool, and full clinical control, it’s an attractive career move for dental professionals ready to advance.
