Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate I, daily duties include greeting customers, answering questions, and recommending products that fit their needs.
You will operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle returns, ensuring accuracy and security for every transaction.
Stocking shelves is a big part of the job, too. You’ll help unload trucks, manage inventory, and keep displays neat and organized.
