Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks involve greeting visitors and clients warmly, keeping the reception area tidy, and organizing deliveries and courier packages efficiently.
You will monitor office supplies, handle purchase orders, and support seamless office operations by coordinating with vendors and building management as needed.
Preparing meeting rooms for presentations and tidying up after sessions will be part of your regular duties, along with coordinating staff travel logistics.
This role also requires basic IT troubleshooting, simple banking matters, and keeping accurate expense records. You may help run internal and external business events.
