Inside the Role: Daily Expectations
This is a high-responsibility position leading the enterprise sales strategy for a rapidly growing industrial tech platform. Your main responsibility is to define and execute the enterprise sales strategy, specially for large, complex organizations. You’ll be leading and developing a team of senior Account Executives and sales leaders, overseeing pipeline management and forecasting for high-value deals, and architecting account coverage to maximize growth.
The day-to-day requires talent management, onboarding of new team members, and direct involvement in deal negotiations. You will work closely with sales engineering, customer success, and product teams to expand presence in major accounts. Regularly engaging C-suite contacts and tailoring solutions for unique client needs are also key parts of this senior role.
Expect to balance strategy, people leadership, and field engagement, calling on a blend of robust B2B experience and advanced negotiation capabilities. Your contribution is central to Tractian’s continued leadership in industrial technology.
