Are you looking for a hybrid leadership role with meaningful impact? The Manager Employer Development position is a 12-month full-time opportunity offering an estimated salary between $115,000 and $160,000 annually.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of related experience. You will guide a team, manage external relations, and work closely with students to secure promising employment outcomes for future business professionals.
On top of a competitive salary, expect a hybrid work structure with a dynamic team culture. Supervision of up to nine casual employees and engagement in student-employer outreach are integral to the role, offering a fresh set of challenges daily.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As Manager Employer Development, you will craft employer engagement strategies, coordinate career fairs, and nurture new partnerships to expand hiring opportunities for students.
You are also expected to lead presentations, manage recruitment events, and maintain strong relationships with business and community partners.
Monitoring and enhancing experiential learning programs is key, as is staying aligned with current and evolving industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
This role also includes regular external meetings, overseeing marketing initiatives, and coordinating program budgets with an eye for efficiency and impact.
Your day will be filled with collaboration, both internally with faculty and externally with employers, ensuring meaningful work-integrated learning for every business student you support.
