Gainwell Technologies is seeking a full-time Member Workflow / Helpdesk Agent. The position offers a salary range of $28,500 to $40,700 per year, depending on your skills and experience. As a team member, you’ll work onsite five days a week, supporting people as they navigate the Medicaid application process. Daily Responsibilities and Job Overview
Your main task will be to help members applying for Medicaid services, offering both technical and customer support over the phone. Day-to-day, you’ll answer questions, assist with online forms, help with password resets, and enter data received from applicants. You’ll ensure member information is accurate in the system and follow standard processes for data privacy and reporting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
