What You’ll Do as a Behavioral Technician
Daily responsibilities include delivering individual ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 10 years and recording behavioral data for program monitoring.
You will follow clinical treatment plans crafted by a BCBA, support communication and skill development, and maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
Collaboration is key: regular training and team involvement help ensure best practices and professional development. Training is paid, with a structured path to RBT certification if needed.
