Your Daily Role and Responsibilities
The VP Reporting – Analytics will oversee the entire analytics strategy, driving the design, implementation, and improvement of enterprise reporting systems. You will manage a seasoned analytics team, partner with senior leadership, and maintain a culture focused on actionable insights rather than pure data collection.
Responsibilities include building scalable, reusable BI solutions, enabling self-service analytics, and leading transitions to advanced AI-powered analytics. You’ll also ensure quality and timeliness of projects, manage vendor relationships for BI tools, and serve as a thought partner on data infrastructure strategy.
Daily tasks involve translating business needs into analytics products, maintaining standard reporting libraries, and supporting teams across Centivo, from Claims and Member Operations to Sales and Client Success.
Collaboration is key; expect ongoing interactions with the Data Architecture team and a high level of autonomy in decision-making.
